Two coats on the Garden Room ceiling, all the walls painted, skirting boards and doors done. What was I saying about enjoying retirement?
So at the moment brain is not working so only one thing to report today, but it is a major achievement.
You will remember that I had a 'Strange Day' on Friday and instead of wallpaper paste got bacon with a poached egg and muffin for breakfast, quite out of the blue and wondered what was going on. Well today we were putting final touches to the kitchen design and Christine says "we don't want to forget these we need to list them in the Black Book". I was stunned and immediately jumped up, got the Black Book and passed it to her.
She wasn't going that far, she wouldn't write in it but she told me all the items for me to write in the book. Not there yet but a big step forward in project planning.
